Spirolab Plus is MIR’s next-generation desktop spirometer, designed to streamline the entire diagnostic workflow, from patient management to test reporting.
Now equipped with Wi-Fi, Spirolab Plus transforms the way you work, making every step faster, easier, and completely wireless.
Its all-in-one design combines a high-resolution 7-inch touchscreen, an embedded thermal printer, and an optional oximetry module, allowing complete spirometry testing directly on the device without the need for a computer.
A long-lasting rechargeable battery and large internal memory make Spirolab Plus a reliable solution both inside and outside the clinic.

Spirolab Plus is compliant with the latest international standards and recommendations for spirometry and oximetry, including ATS/ERS 2019-2021 guidelines, ISO 26782:2009, ISO 23747:2015, ISO 80601-2-61, and other applicable international standards.

The built-in tag reader recognizes the turbine type and read the calibration data, configuring the device accordingly and eliminating the need for manual selection. This helps reduce setup errors, streamline daily testing procedures, and support consistent performance across measurements. Flowmir Plus and Reusable Plus technologies deliver accurate and repeatable measurements, including in low-flow conditions.
