a) Automatically Collected Information
Like all websites, our Site uses log files in which information collected automatically during your visits is stored. Your data will be processed primarily using IT tools under the authority of the Controller, by specifically authorized, appointed, and instructed personnel pursuant to Articles 28 and 29 of the Privacy Regulation. Appropriate security measures are implemented pursuant to Articles 5 and 32 of the Privacy Regulation to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
For the purposes referred to in points (i), (ii), and (iii) above, the provision of your personal data is necessary; otherwise, you will not be able to use the services offered by the Site. Accordingly, for purpose (i), the legal basis for processing is compliance with legal obligations pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of the Privacy Regulation. For purposes (ii) and (iii), the legal basis is the performance of services provided through the Site and requested by you pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Privacy Regulation.
For the purpose referred to in point (iv), the provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide such data or to give consent will make it impossible for the Company to carry out the marketing activities described.
The newsletter is sent by email to those who request it by completing the subscription form with their email address. Provision of data is optional. Refusal to provide data will make it impossible to receive the newsletter service and any promotional communications requiring specific and separate consent.
Your data may be communicated within the EU to structures, entities, and external companies (including consultants and service providers) used by the Controller for Site management and for activities connected, instrumental, or consequent to the performance of services offered through the Site.

At any time, you may exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 et seq. of the Privacy Regulation, including the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and objection, within the limits and conditions set out in Article 12 of the Privacy Regulation.

Without prejudice to legal obligations, personal data will be retained for a period determined according to criteria based on the nature of the services provided.
